We attended the Climate Action Conference

Members of our Platform participated in the Climate Action Conference in Turkey. This important event was organized within the framework of the Supporting Joint Efforts on Climate Change Project implemented by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization under the financial cooperation between the European Union and Turkey.

The conference was attended by representatives of various Turkish public institutions, local authorities, universities, private sector representatives, civil society organizations and international organizations. This diverse participant profile ensured that a wide range of common efforts on climate change were addressed.

The event was organized under the Supporting Joint Efforts on Climate Change Project. The project is managed by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and supports joint efforts to tackle climate change through financial cooperation between Turkey and the European Union.

At the conference, the latest developments on the climate crisis were discussed in detail. Representatives from public institutions, local governments, universities, private sector, civil society organizations and international organizations came together to build a common understanding on climate change and develop effective solutions.

Throughout the conference, participants shared information on the impacts of climate change, national and international strategies, renewable energy resources and sustainable development. This important event brought together experts from different sectors to find common solutions to the climate crisis.
